Our history

Our company has been present in the promotional industry in Poland for almost 30 years. Get to know our rich history in a few key points.

Establishment of SEIKA Company 1994

The foundation of Texet Poland is the SEIKA company, founded by Dr. Mariusz Szeiba in 1994. We started with retail distribution of products from the American brand Fruit of the Loom and the French brand NAF NAF.

Soon, we also began distributing FOTL products for B2B printing purposes.

Distribution agreement with Swedish company New Wave Group 2000

The new millennium brought a significant event for the company. Representatives of the brands James Harvest Sportswear and Printer Active Wear from the Swedish New Wave Group, seeing our dynamic development in the promotional clothing industry, offered us the distribution of their products in Poland.

The cooperation between Seika and New Wave Group marked the beginning of building a new premium segment in the promotional clothing market in Poland and Central Europe. Within just two years, we achieved multimillion sales of James Harvest and Printer brands, dressing hundreds of leading companies in Poland.

SEIKA's integration into New Wave Group 2007

In 2007, we became part of the New Wave Group, and Seika changed its name to Texet Poland. As a result of these changes, our Polish warehouse was established in Poznań, and we expanded our distribution to include new brands such as Sagaform and Projob. Currently, Texet Poland has nearly a thousand partners (advertising agencies and B2B intermediaries) throughout Poland.

Sponsorship of Tomasz Kuchar Rally Team 2010

From the very beginning, we have consistently tailored the offerings of the global corporation New Wave Group and what is happening in Western Europe to our local market. A key decision was to focus on distribution exclusively through advertising agencies, just like in the West.

An important element of our development was sports sponsorship. Since 2010, we have been collaborating with Tomasz Kuchar and his rally team.

Signing the agreement with PZŻ 2013

The appropriate strategy and efficient marketing activities have built a very high awareness of our brands among both our suppliers and consumers.

In 2013, we introduced sailing clothing D.A.D., which led to supplying the national team of the Polish Yachting Association, Kusznierewicz Academy, and many sailing events.

Distribution to Central and Eastern European countries 2014

Since 2014, we have been dynamically expanding our product exports through distributors in 10 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

We plan to consistently continue the development of the company both in Poland and in Central and Eastern European countries. We intend to better support our customers because their success is our success.
